We are part of the "baby boom" generation, born in 1947. We are trying to keep ourselves out of the clutches of the UK NHS, Nursing Home System, and CoronaVirus, by keeping fit. Hence regular cycling outings, and, in my case, drinking copious amounts of Red Wine (well, it is good for you!)
