  Friday, 3rd June 2022 9.80 miles. Windsor - Bray.   Sunny and warm. 

Tuesday, 17th May 2022 19.81 miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Warm (18C), sunny, calm, in short a very nice day. Coffee stop at Minchella, Little Haven. Wednesday, 18th May 2022 16.11 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington Village - Boldon Colliery. Warm (18C), sunny, with a stiff breeze from the South West. Coffee stop at Washington Village.    

  Sunday, 8th May 2022 19.82 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery.  Sunny, mild, slight breeze from South-West. Forgot to switch video off, at coffee stop, so, ran out of battery, and video incomplete. Saturday, 14th May 2022 16.19 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington Village - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery.  Sunny, mild. Coffee, and cake,  stop at Washington Village.

  Sunday, 1st May 2022 9.64 Miles. Barn Owl Meadow CL - Wattisfield - Walsham - Barn Owl Meadow CL. Cloudy, mild 13C, and calm. Our target was to ride to Ixworth, but, the nicely signposted, and reasonable quality, cycle route petered out just short of Wattisfield, and, joined the busy A143. Since we don't have a death wish, we cut it short at Wattisfield and returned via Walsham-le-Willows. Video incomplete, I forgot to charge camera battery! St Margaret's Church, Wattisfield. Monday, 2nd May 2022  8.49 Miles. Barn Owl Meadows CL -  Rickinghall - Barn Owl Meadow CL. Cloudy, calm, humid and 14C. Saturday, 7th May 2022 16.36 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery.  Dull, for most of the time, even a few spots of rain, cool (12C), but calm.

  Sunday, 24th April 2022 3.47 miles. A very short ride, into Ludham, St Catherine's , for one of the vintage 1947 Pensioners, church attendance.  The wind from the North East is even stronger, and colder today! I amuse myself with a few Church/Church Yard photographs, whilst waiting. Monday, 25th April 2022 8.92 Miles. Ludham Bridge - Horning - Ludham - Ludham Bridge. Dull and cloudy, even a brief shower of rain. Not a terribly successful outing. Route (from Cycle.travel) included a ferry at Horning, but, when we got there, ferry only runs at weekends at this time of year! Cobbled together a ride, taking in St Benedicts Church, and a shopping trip to. Ludham Village.  Wednesday, 27th April 2022 11.33 miles. Walsham-Le-Willows. Exploring the area around Barn Owl Meadow CL, looking for a shop (unsuccessfully). Cloudy and cool, 10C, but, calm. Only rear view video, because, I forgot to press record on the front view! Thursday, 28th April 2022 10.12 miles. Barn Owl Meadow - Ricking

  Wednesday, 20th April 2022 20.31 Miles. Ludham - Catfields - Stalham - Hinkling Broad - Potter Heigham - Ludham.   Sunny and mild, 14C, but, with a stiff cool breeze. One of the vintage 1947 pensioners has new padded knickers to try out, no complaints. Rest stop, Stalham. Lunch at 13 miles, and, still smiling, Hinkling Broad. Friday, 22nd April 2022 15.55 Miles. Ludham Bridge - Horning - Neatishead - Barton Turf - Hoveton - Horning - Ludham Bridge.  Sunny and mild (12C), but, with a brisk wind, (20mph) from the North East. Lunch stop at Neatishead (The White Horse, very nice). Rest stop/waiting for the White Horse to open. This is St Michaels and All Angels, Barton Turf, just beyond Neatishead.

  Sunday, 10th April 2022 16.28 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington Village - Boldon Colliery.  Sunny, with a slight breeze, from the West, 10C. Tuesday, 12th April 2022 10.62 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - Boldon Colliery. Dull, cold (6c), with rain forecast, not a nice day! Intention was to do our South Shields Coast circuit, but, one of the vintage 1947 Pensioners was too cold. Thursday, 14th April 2022 19.86 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery.  Dull for most of the ride, but, calm and mild 12C. Tuesday's vintage 1947 pensioner, determined to "do it" today, so, we do the usual loop, including coffee at Minchella's Little Haven. Saturday, 16th April 2022 10.17 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Follingsby - Boldon Colliery. Dull, but, calm, cool 9C. Only a short cycle ride today, because one of the vintage 1947 pensioners needs her roots "doing".

  Tuesday, 29th March 2022 15.72 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington Village - Boldon Colliery.  Dull and cool, 7C, but calm. No coffee stop today, too cold.

  Monday, 21st. March 2022 16.12 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington Village - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, mild (11C), and calm. Washington Village coffee stop, in the sun. Forgot to switch camera off at coffee stop, so, ran out of battery before end of ride. Tuesday, 22nd March 2022 8.29 Miles. The Boldons. Colliery, East and West. Sunny, calm and mild, 13C. Only one vintage 1947 pensioner today, the other one is at the pub, with "the ladies who lunch". Wednesday, 23rd March 2022 18.41 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Howden - Newcastle - Gateshead - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery.   Sunny, mild (15C) and calm. Lifts working at Pedestrian/Cycle Tunnel, thank goodness! Coffee and Sandwich at the Cycle Hub, Newcastle Quayside.    Friday, 25th March 2022 20.08 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Very warm 17C, calm and sunny. Coffee stop at Minchella's Little Haven.

Monday, 14th March 2022 19.86 miles.   Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - South Shields. Sunny and mild 12C, calm at first, but, stiff breeze developing. Tuesday, 15th March 2022 16.14 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington Village - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, eventually, and 12C. Coffee and a toastie at Washington Village Cafe. Friday, 18th March 2022 15.60 miles. Boldon Colliery - Sunderland - Seaburn - Whitburn - Cleadon Village - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, mild (13C) and calm.
