Tuesday, 30th March 2021 13.09 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery. Sunny spring day, 13c and calm.   A short trip of 2.85 miles, first outing with friends, since November!, due to Covid lockdown. Not cycling, drinks and nibbles, in the garden. Wednesday 31st March 2021 14.47 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Pelaw - Wrekenton - Boldon Colliery . Warm (11C), sunny and calm. Camera malfunction, well, user malfunction, forgot to charge batteries, so, on first 30-45 minutes recorded. Saturday, 3rd April 2021 9.11 miles. The Boldons - White Mare Pool - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Solo. Chilly 4c, dull, but quiet at 07:00am on a Saturday.

  Monday, 22nd March 2021 13.05 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery.   Bright and sunny, 11c, but with a cold, stiff breeze from North West. Tuesday, 23rd March 2021 6.60 miles. Boldon Colliery - Hebburn - Boldon Colliery.  7:00am, before breakfast, a bit cool. Solo. Wednesday, 24th March 2021 17.08 miles. Boldon Colliery - Washington - Sunderland - Seaburn - Whitburn - Boldon Colliery.  Sunny, and 11C, but, contrary to weather forecasts, very strong wind, from North West. Thursday, 25th March 2021 5.95 miles. The Boldon. Dull and 10C. A test ride of "refurbished" Townsend Beartooth. Solo. No Video.

We even had a third member of "our group", a chap tagged along with us from Monkton Village to Wardley. No idea who he is, but, pleasant enough. Thursday, 18th March 2021. 20.07 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Dull, but mild at 11C, light breeze. Saturday, 20th March 2021. 12.84 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, and 11c, but with a stiff NW breeze.
