Monday, 7th October 2019 8.04 miles. Delftse Hout to Urban Delft, looking for Lidl (which we eventually found). Bitterly cold, but dry. iPhone said 10C, fell colder than that to me! Friday, 11th October 2019 20.26 miles. South Shields Coast Circuit. Sunny and mild at 16C, but, windy. Back to UK cycling, remembering that drivers will not give way!, unlike recent Netherlands experiences. Saturday, 12th October 2019 12.26 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery . Sunny and mild 16C. 

Monday, 30th September 2019 14.3 miles. Oirschot to Best, and return , along the River/Canal. Sunny with cloud, dry and mild 19C. Tuesday, 1st October 2019 14.7 miles. Oirschot to Biest Houttaker and return , along the River/Canal. Cloudy,  mild,17C. Wednesday, 2nd October 2019 12.8 miles. Jachthaven Marnemoende,  IJsselstein - Utrecht and return . Breezy, a cool 14C, sunshine and showers. Thursday, 3rd October 2019. 14.84 miles.   Jachthaven Marnemoende, IJsselstein - Utrecht old town and return . A mixture of sunshine and rain, and, cool at 14C. Recorded in two portions, lunch and a heavy downpour in-between. Saturday, 5th October 2019 . 21.26 miles. Around the area of Delftse Hout . Cannot be more specific, these Dutch place names defeat my memory and spelling ability! Rather cool at 13C, and, a stiff, cold breeze, but, at least, no rain. Coffee and sandwich lunch stop.
