20.26 miles. South Shields Coast Circuit. Sunny and mild at 16C, but, windy. Back to UK cycling, remembering that drivers will not give way!, unlike recent Netherlands experiences.

12.26 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery. Sunny and mild 16C.
