Sunday, 26th July 2020 17.8 Miles. New Forest Centenary CAMC Site - Christchurch - Mudeford Quays - Avon Beach - New Forest Centenary CAMC Site . Dry, sunny with cloud, 20C. Garmin website still out of action due to hackers(?) so, not downloaded yet. Wednesday, 29th July 2020 9.44 miles. New Forest Centenary CAMC Site . Disaster, Komoot route guidance total fail, followed by Kathleen falling off bicycle, ride abandoned. Not a good day! Dry, sunny, 20C. Friday, 31st July 2020 5.25 Miles. To Bransgore, shopping . Forecast to be the hottest day this year, but, early morning, it is a pleasant 20C. Only a trip to the shops, but, the miles still count!

Monday, 20th July 2020 . 23.73 Miles. Cheddar - Yatton , on the Strawberry Line Route, Sustrans National Cycle Route 26. Warm (21C) and sunny. Wednesday, 22nd July 2020 16.26 miles. Cheddar - Wedmore - Chapel Alerton - Axbridge - Cheddar . Warm (21C) and sunny.

Monday, 13th July 2020 17.62 miles. Berwick-upon-Tweed circuit. Sunny with cloud, stiff westerly breeze. Part of a 31 mile route, shortened due to a (fortunate) navigational error, and imminent downpour of rain! Wednesday, 15th July 2020 20.55 miles. Berwick-upon-Tweed - Lindisfarne Causeway - Berwick-upon-Tweed . Riding a section of Sustrans National Cycle Route 1. Some excellent sections, plus, some sections more suited to a Quad-bike!. Mild (17C), stiff breeze from the west, with occasional heavy showers. Also, a visit from the puncture fairy, for Kathleen. Fortunately, we were carrying a spare tube.

Tuesday, 7th July 2020 19.99 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Cool, with the a few showers, 15C. Wednesday, 8th July 2020 13.96 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery . A slightly different route to normal, but, no map, because Garmin died (user error, not charged!). Cool. 15C, breezy, cloudy. Thursday, 9th July 2020 6.37 miles. Boldon Colliery - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. No Video. Ecosmo Tandem. A pleasant sunny evening. Saturday, 11th July 2020 13.33 miles. Boldon Colliery - Washington - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. No Video. Ecosmo Tandem. Sunny and warm (17C), but, breezy.

Tuesday, 30th June 2020 20.15 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Cloudy, breezing but mild at 18C. User error, means, no video. 2.49 miles. Boldon Colliery. A trip to the chemist, to collect medication, on Folding bikes. Thursday, 2nd July 2020 22.72 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Sunderland - Seaburn - Whitburn - Boldon Colliery. Cloudy, and 15C, stiff breeze from the North. Saturday, 4th July 2020 10.64 miles. Boldon Colliery - Cleadon - South Shields - Boldon Colliery. Calm but cloudy and damp, 15C. Riding Ecosmo Tandem.

Monday, 22nd June 2020. 19.97 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery .  Sunny, warm 18C. Tuesday, 23rd June 2020. 20.40 miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, warm 18C. More or less a complete copy of yesterday's ride, except, on the Ecosmo Tandem. Plan was to go to Rising Sun Country park, on "normal" bicycles. But, a visit from the "puncture fairy" in one of my Giant Easyride tyres (which are anything but east to fix!, meant a change of plan.  No video, because last minute change of bike, left camera on the Giant.   Wednesday, 24th June 2020 2.90 miles. To Fellgate and return, on folding bicycle, because Giant has puncture, for a socially distanced catch up with "the boys". Friday, 26th June 2020 21.18 miles. Boldon Colliery - Washington - Sunderland - South Hylton- Cox Green - Washington - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, hot 21C.  

Sunday, 14th June 2020 . 12.40 miles. Boldon Colliery - Washington - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Not well prepared this morning. Garmin not charged, so, no map, no video, because camera mount not arrived yet. Dull, damp, 12C. But, fun was had, on Ecosmo Tandem. Tuesday, 16th June 2020. 19.94 miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Dull and foggy, but, no wind, 14C. Thursday, 18th June 2020. 21.13 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Gateshead - Newcastle - Wallsend - Howden - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery.  Taking in Keelmans Way cycle route, to Newcastle, Millennium Bridge, a coffee stop at the Cycle Hub, Ouseburn, then, home via the Pedestrian Tunnel. Cloudy, gentle wind, dry and 15C, Saturday, 20th June 2020. 20.41miles. Boldon Colliery - Washington - Birtley - Washington - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery . Taking in part of C2C route. Sunny, slight wind, warm 17C.
