Sunday, 27th October 2019 15.95 miles. Boldon Colliery - Sunderland - Seaburn - Whitburn - Boldon Colliery. Sunny but cold 8C, and, windy. No video (new bicycle, camera not fitted yet).  Monday, 28th October 2019 12.49 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery. Sunny, cold 8C, and, windy. No Video (new camera, controls too clever for user). Tuesday, 29th October 2019 20.24 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - South Shields - Whitburn - Boldon Colliery . Sunny, 10C, slight breeze. Not a good outing, Kathleen fell off bike at 14 miles, hurt ribs (and pride).

Monday, 21st October 2019 19.8 Miles. Boldon Colliery - Whitburn - South  Shields - Jarrow - Boldon Colliery. Dull and cold, 11C. Camera malfunction, no video. Wednesday, 23rd October 2019 12.54 miles. Boldon Colliery - Jarrow - Washington - Boldon Colliery . Sunny and 14C, very pleasant.

Monday, 7th October 2019 8.04 miles. Delftse Hout to Urban Delft, looking for Lidl (which we eventually found). Bitterly cold, but dry. iPhone said 10C, fell colder than that to me! Friday, 11th October 2019 20.26 miles. South Shields Coast Circuit. Sunny and mild at 16C, but, windy. Back to UK cycling, remembering that drivers will not give way!, unlike recent Netherlands experiences. Saturday, 12th October 2019 12.26 miles.
